it’s christmastime in the city

yesterday, in lieu of studying for my poetry final, i explored the upper east side. i took the D to columbus circle and then wandered through central park, stopped at bergdorfs and barneys and looked at the fab window displays, and then went to the frick and eli’s essentials on madison.
